DOCKING STATION WITH CLOSED CIRCUIT PURIFIER
The CCP will connect to max 4XDocking stations meaning that one
CCP is able to manage 240M3 water at full capacity.
When adding a closed
circuit purifier to the Docking Station, shellfish and fish can be received from
outside the local area without the risk of contamination flora and fauna with
invasive diseases and spices. The waste water program on the docking system
breaks down all resistant cells to ensure an environment safe
disposal.
The Docking station unit also adds to the recirculation
capability of the Dual Docking String by being able to overdose ozone and skim
protein when operating in recirculation mode. This will reduces and even help to
remove ammonia - the unit is build into a 20ft container

Specification:
Ozone (O3) Generator this is
connected to the protein stripper and uses it as reactor (An ozone burner is
installed on protein stripper to burn off Ozone on the off gas
created).
Generator over dimensioned - O3 will connect with NH4 and
change to NO3.
UV disinfection dimensioned after the O3 generator,
remove any O3 traces.
REDOX (Reduction Oxidation) installed to monitor
how much Ozone we are creating versus how much it has to react to.
The
Capacity of the Docking Station is 40 M3 per hour this equals 2 x double string
MSDS or 4 x SSDS (Multi string DS and Single String DS)
