INVESTOR RELATIONS POLICY

AQUALIFE A/S has entered into an agreement with ARESA A/S, resulting in a listing of the AQUALIFE activities on the OMX NASDAQ First North Exchange. As a listed company, AQUALIFE is subject to the rules of OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen, i.e. the company is obliged to disclose any information that might affect the price of its shares.

Communication with shareholders, investors and analysts is a priority for AQUALIFE. The company will ensure that investors have sufficient information about the company to be certain that pricing reflects underlying values. Important events affecting the company are reported immediately.

The primary goal of AQUALIFE´s investor relations activities is to provide investors, capital market players and shareholders with simultaneously, timely and relevant information in order to enhance understanding of the company’s operations.
