CEO Lars Nannerup
1961

Lars Nannerup founded AQUALIFE and established the partnership with Maersk Line. Lars’ background is from the international FMCG industry, where he spent 12 years in the USA, the UK, Poland and the Middle East working for brands like Haagen-Dazs, Pepsi and Dolina.

Returning to Denmark in 2001, Lars spent a couple of years in the IT industry before reengaging himself in the international food services industry by incorporating AQUALIFE.

Lars has worked in management since 1986 and in general management since 1990, mainly in companies where international business development has been driving the business.

Lars Nygaard Jepsen has a background in international business development and general management. Lars has held executive management positions in international companies such as The East Asiatic Company Ltd. (EAC) and the Scandinavian based media group Egmont.

Lars has spent 12 years abroad, in the UK and Germany, and in Asia, including China, Taiwan and Thailand. Lars has been responsible for the establishment and daily operation of a number of new business ventures and his key strengths are strategy development, analysis and operations. He holds an E*MBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI), Copenhagen.
